第三十二章 论人死后的状态和死人复活

一、人的身体死后归土，而见朽坏1。但灵魂（既不死，又不睡眠）却永存不灭，所以立刻归返赐灵的神2。义人的灵魂，既在那时在圣洁上得以安全，就被接入高天，在荣光中得见神面，在那里等候身体的完全得赎3。恶人的灵魂要被抛在地狱里，留在痛苦与完全黑暗中，等候大日的审判4。除此两处以外，圣经并未言及灵魂离开身体，别有所归。
二、在末日还活着的人不死，却要改变5；凡死了的人都必复活，带着原来的身体，性质虽异，但不是别的，这身体与灵魂再度结合，直到永远6。
三、恶人的身体，将因基督的权能，复活受辱；义人的身体，将因基督的灵复活得荣，与基督自己的荣耀身体相似7。

第三十二章 论死后情况和死人复活
一．人死后身体归于尘土，而见朽坏（创3:19；徒13:36）。但他们的灵魂（既不死也不睡），有不灭的实质，立刻回到那赐与者上帝那里（路23:43；传12:7）。义人的灵魂既在那时全然成圣，就被接入高天，得见在荣光中上帝的面，等候身体完全得赎（来12:23；林后 5:1，6，8；腓1:23；徒3:21；弗4:10）； 而恶人的灵魂则被抛到地狱，留在黑暗痛苦中，直到大日的审判（路16:23，24；徒1:25；犹6，7；彼前3:19）。除此两处之外，圣经并不承认与身体分离的灵魂，另有所归。
二． 在末日还活着的不会死，却要改变（帖前4:17；林前15:51，52）；一切死了的人都要复活，带着原来的身体，性质虽异，但并非别体，这身体与他们的灵魂重新联合，直到永远（伯19:26，27；林前 15:42－44）。
三． 恶人的身体，要因基督的权能而复活受辱；义人的身体，要靠基督的灵而复活得荣，与基督自己荣耀的身体相似（徒24:15；约 5:28，29；林前15:43；腓3:21）。

CHAPTER 32 OF THE STATE OF MEN AFTER DEATH, AND OF THE RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD
1. The bodies of men, after death, return to dust, and see corruption: but their souls, which neither die nor sleep, having an immortal subsistence, immediately return to God who gave them: the souls of the righteous, being then made perfect in holiness, are received into the highest heavens, where they behold the face of God, in light and glory, waiting for the full redemption of their bodies. And the souls of the wicked are cast into hell, where they remain in torments and utter darkness, reserved to the judgment of the great day. Besides these two places, for souls separated from their bodies, the Scripture acknowledgeth none.
2. At the last day, such as are found alive shall not die, but be changed: and all the dead shall be raised up, with the selfsame bodies, and none other (although with different qualities), which shall be united again to their souls forever.
3. The bodies of the unjust shall, by the power of Christ, be raised to dishonor: the bodies of the just, by his Spirit, unto honor; and be made conformable to his own glorious body.

7 徒廿四15并且靠著 神，盼望死人，无论善恶，都要复活，就是他们自己也有这个盼望。约五28你们不要把这事看作希奇。时候要到，凡在坟墓里的，都要听见他的声音，就出来。 29行善的，复活得生；作恶的，复活定罪。林前十五42死人复活也是这样：所种的是必朽坏的，复活的是不朽坏的； 43所种的是羞辱的，复活的是荣耀的；所种的是软弱的，复活的是强壮的； 44所种的是血气的身体，复活的是灵性的身体。若有血气的身体，也必有灵性的身体。腓三21他要按著那能叫万有归服自己的大能，将我们这卑贱的身体改变形状，和他自己荣耀的身体相似。

[5] 1TH 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1CO 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
[6] JOB 19:26 And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God: 27 Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me. 1CO 15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
[7] ACT 24:15 And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust. JOH 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. 1CO 15:43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. PHI 3:21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
